How it works

A 1-hour Zoom consultation is included in the Brand Me Please, Plus and Premium packages and a 30-minute Zoom consultation for LinkedIn profile services so I can get an in-depth understanding of your career background and goals to tailor your documents appropriately. We will discuss and workshop your specific skills, motivations, achievements and value proposition in relation to the roles or industry you are applying for, in order to position your profile in the best way possible. It will also help frame your answers for job interview questions you may get asked! I will require a copy of your current resume and desired job advertisements prior to our meeting.

The more targeted the better! We can work together for either a specific job, job type or industry in mind. 

My current turnaround time is typically 7 days for Packages, and 5 days for Cover Letter or LinkedIn writing only. I will be available via email or phone for further questions, feedback and to discuss any revisions you'd like before the final versions are emailed to you in editable Word format and PDF. 

I pride myself in client satisfaction, so I allow up to 3 revisions within 2 weeks of receiving your draft documents to ensure you are 100% happy with the final versions. Should you require further changes or updates to your documents after 2 weeks, I will charge a small fee depending on what is involved. This will be set and agreed upon before I commence working on the changes. 

Yes! As a returning client after 6 months I am happy to offer you a 10% discount on any package or service. 

The work I do takes a lot of time and effort - that's why you pay me to do it! Therefore, I do request full payment via an invoice to confirm your booking, and before any written work commences. 

If a particular product or service you are looking for is not listed on my website or you'd like to create a tailored package, please feel free to contact me for a quote. 

My services are designed to help increase your confidence and ultimately your chances of success through the application of my expertise, however I do not guarantee results of any kind. This is because there are so many external factors outside of my control in a typical job application or recruitment process, including how you decide to use the documents.
